Garima Singh is a 2016 batch Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer of Jharkhand Cadre. She was previously an IPS officer in Uttar Pradesh. Known for being a tough and incredibly honest officer, Garima has continued to remain and inspiring figure for Indian youths.



Garima has been in news ever since she was appointed as the City SP of Jhansi. She had brought a fresh perspective to the management of law and order. 

Being a beautiful girl replete with mesmerizing smiling face, it was not easy to judge her tough and no nonsense attitude towards policing. Similarly, she has brought cheers as an IAS officer. Recently, she was in news for taking care of an Angarwadi Center and changing its face on her own money. This small gesture can go a long way if it can become a norm among all administrative officers.
