The gruesome murder of Arushi Talwar along with home servant Hemraj is one of the biggest murder mysteries of India. The Allahabad High Court has exonerated Arushi’s parents Rajesh and Nupur Talwar – giving them benefits of doubt. They were languishing in the jail for four years on the charges of murdering their only child.

Arushi is now unlikely to get justice. And, the blame will rest on UP Police, the CBI and the Indian media. First, UP Police let the crime scene botched up taking it a simple murder case by Hemraj.
